Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 90 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 89 to 45 days prior to arrival will incur a 50 % penalty. Any cancellation made at least 44 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 25 % penalty. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty.
