Cancellation / prepayment:

When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty. Cancellation of reservations for Easter Week,President´s Day or Christmas made less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.

Children and Extra Beds:

Children from 0 to 2 years old stay free sharing with two adults. Special price for children from 3 to 12 years old. Children up to 12 years old will be charged as an adult.
