Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 23 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made less than 22 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty. Cancellation of reservations for Easter Week, Christmas or New Year's made less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.

Children and Extra Beds:

Special price for children from 0 to 11 years old. Children up to 11 years old will be charged as an adult.

Other Policies:

For Easter week all reservations require 2 nights as minimum stay. For Christmas & New Year all reservations require 2 nights as minimum stay. Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner is mandatory for the guest.
